I've been Vice President and Manager since the inception of Synergy Partners in 2013 and the changing of ownership From Randi and Dennis Johnson, the founders of Johnson Oil and Lp Co in the early 1980's. With a background in Agriculture, aviation, and the trucking industry prior to taking on the challenge of adding energy to that resume, almost 10 years later I find a new challenge worth taking on each day to move the company forward but continuing to adhere to the values the founders and we feel are important- Providing a high level of personalized customer service, providing value, remaining local, operating with professionalism above and beyond.

Tyson is dispatched to the scene in case of any emergency, possible leak, or should you smell propane. Leak checks, new service installations, project planning consultations are just part of his scheduled day. Tyson will listen to and answer questions and concerns that you may have. He is experienced in the trades and both customer service and sales before arriving at Johnson Oil.

Angie joined Johnson Oil in 2018 as a part-time Office Assistant. In 2020, she took over as Office Manager. While Angie mainly focuses on making sure the office end of things run smoothly, she also looks after the larger farm, livestock and commercial fuel contracts.

A welcome addition in 2020. Elyse is often the first person to answer your call or greet you when you enter the office. She also handles our Summer/Winter Contracts as well as assisting Carl with dispatching fuel calls. Gary goes above and beyond to make sure our customers get the propane they need. Whether it be for farmers drying corn in the fall or for keeping livestock warm in the winter, Gary works hard to keep these tanks full. He often will be the one you see filling your residential tanks throughout the heating season.

Marshall farms in rural Riceville with his family and is a recent addition to our team but feels like he has been here for years. Currently Marshall is focused on retail propane and refined fuel small order deliveries. He will soon cross train into transport deliveries as well.
